If your sales increase past your mold capacity, Hammerhead will, at no cost to you, build enough molds to meet your increased sales demand.* You take care of demand and we'll take care of supply, it's that simple.

At Hammerhead we hold inventory on all our customers' most popular items. We analyze your monthly usage and talk to you about market trends, seasonal needs, and special opportunities, with this information we build and maintain strategic stock at appropriate levels. We know if you don't have it you can't sell it, so we make sure you always have more than you need on tap, just in case.

At Hammerhead we hold a lot of extra parts in stock, we call it "Just in case inventory" so you have more parts on demand and less money tied up in inventory! We extend your local inventory, allowing you to confidently make sales decisions and decrease lead times at no additional cost to you.

Hammerhead Aviation has developed a complete start-to-finish manufacturing system. We've designed tracking and serialization software for the shop floor. Our tracking program allows our technicians access to information ranging from production schedules and drawings to quality control manuals, all through the use of Wi-Fi tablets. Hammerheads' system delivers up to date information, at the point of use, in the hands of the people who need it most.
